The answer is simple. Usage. Those who are using it for hand trucks and dollies that are not heavy loads, have no issue what so ever.
Stalwart has two ramp choices – Regular and Heavy Duty. Please ensure that you purchase the heavy duty item.
Sadly, the reviews on Amazon are a mix of both products so they really don’t help you out.
Those to have very heavy loads and who let their dolly “drop” down onto the ramp will find that the product can’t handle that type of usage. They should be using a more heavy duty ramp (through this direct link).
